As an outstanding infant and nursery school, we are a warm, welcoming and vibrant village school at the heart of our community—proud of the strong relationships we build with our children and families, and our caring, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn through play-based, experiential approaches. Following the retirement of our substantive Deputy Headteacher in July 2025, we have been successfully supported by an acting Deputy Headteacher during a year of stability and continued success, and we are now seeking an inspirational, ambitious leader to work alongside the Headteacher, staff and governors to help shape our next chapter.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a values-driven Deputy who will combine excellent classroom practice with strategic leadership, contribute to whole-school improvement and safeguarding, and lead with warmth, integrity and high expectations.

Visits are warmly encouraged, tours are available on Tuesday 12th May at 2:00pm and Friday 15th May at 9:30am.
